The Best Love Letter I’ve Ever Written

by

I had a really rough day yesterday. Woke up just tired/blah from the weekend. And had a few small (major) catastrophes at work, and I’m totally in overdrive trying to get my new longer pitch together for Thursday. And I won’t even get in to my personal life! In short, I let the negativity effect me and it wasn’t constructive. To end the day I treated myself to some Pinterest time and was really moved by this:

It inspired me to create my own love letter to myself (I mean…why not!?) I needed to give myself credit for everything I’ve accomplished so far. Not in a vain way, but in a true appreciation of my ability, vision and creativity. I am still defining my success. Being an entrepreneur is such a whirlwind of an adventure, but I wouldn’t trade it (or me) for anything.

I highly recommend giving this a go. It really helped me feel so much more content and helped me let the negative go. (and it’s kinda fun…!)

How do you appreciate yourself, talent and skills?

i love this so much! i’ve looked at the one on pinterest on many occasions, but i love the idea of writing a personal one. my favorite of yours is about the guiding gut vs leading heart. that’s such an eloquent way to describe what so many have tried to say.

Thank you so much! It honestly felt so good to write because I just let it come to me and I wrote what I honestly felt. Kind of weird to share it I guess, but It helped me so I thought why not?! So glad you enjoyed it. Hope all is well, we must catch up soon! I love reading your blog. oxox
